Who is Kasper?

My name is Kasper Mackenhauer Jacobsen.
I am 23 years old and born and raised in Denmark but recently moved to Spain with my Danish girlfriend.
We live together in an apartment in Fuengirola. I chose to move to Spain because I needed a change in my everyday life. My girlfriend and I have always been attracted to the idea of living in Spain, and since she have studied Spanish she had an advantage. She is now teaching me the language aswell. We have settled down in Spain, and I am now looking for a job.

I have always been interested in web design, it is such a powerful medium and is always evolving. I love how I have to stay on top of things to keep up with time.
To follow my interests after public school, I chose to study as a 3D animator and web integrator at The Technical School of Roskilde. I learned to design and handcode websites with html/css/php and a little asp.net. Unfortunately I couldn't find a company to hire me as an apprentice, so when my father offered me a job as a lorrydriver in his company, the studies where put on hold.

For 2 and a half years I worked at my fathers company.
Despite the fact that the work being carried out had nothing to do with my interests, I still learned alot of valuable lessons. I learned to respect my coleagues aswell as my clients. I have become used to work under pressure and to have a deadline to reach.

Working for my father was a great experience, but I have realized how important it is to me, to enjoy what I do everyday.
I find it satisfying to challenge my creativity in various programs, for example; Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, After Effects, Flash and Autodesk Maya.

I have always been coding with HTML and CSS.
During my time at The Technical School of Roskilde, I have become confident with PHP and MySQL and I have learned the basics of JavaScript and asp.net.
